ORDER MINIMUMS

ALL ORDERS: $500 opening order, $350 reorders

PREORDERS: MOQ - 7 pieces/design

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon receipt. All in-stock items will ship within 3-5 days after receiving payment. Orders are payable by credit card, bank wire or check (once approved to pay by check).

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority, whichever is more time and cost-effective. All shipping and handling is covered by buyer unless otherwise stated.

PREORDERS

Preorders require full payment at the time the order is placed. Orders are final. Delivery dates are estimated, and we will communicate any changes promptly.

RETURNS

Orders may not be returned or exchanged. Only returns in the case of damaged or defective will be accepted. Upon arrival, please inspect all shipments immediately and contact hello@shopcbgrey.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if held for more than 15 days after receipt.
